Study programmes
The undergraduate field in which this study programme integrates is Law. The duration of studies is 4 years (240 ECTS credits). Students acquire skills in knowing and understanding the main concepts, values, principles and rules of the Romanian legal system, as well as in explaining the relationships between the different areas of this system; understanding the general principles of law; knowledge of the legislation, as well as of the essential cases from the Romanian and European jurisprudence; formulating plausible arguments to support an opinion or point of view in a legal context. Completion of this study programme enables graduates to approach several professions in the legal field.
