Students acquire skills in knowing and understanding the notions and institutions specific to the disciplines within this master’s degree programme, such as: marital status, will, company; interpretation of legal norms and analysis of jurisprudence in the specific subject of each discipline within this master’s programme; they will also acquire skills to act from the specific position of each party in the contractual and procedural relations.
