The School of Law, The Emil Poenaru Center for Legal Research, and Center for Legal and Diplomatic Studies within Transilvania University of Brasov is hosting its 6th Annual International Conference "Current Issues within EU and EU Member States: Converging and Diverging Legal Trends”.
On this occasion, we invite you to attend the sixth edition of the Conference which will take place on 17 November 2023, starting from 10 a.m., in the "Emil Poenaru" Hall at the Faculty of Law.

Conference paper presentation:
The Conference language is English. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept the presentation of papers that do not fall within the thematic area of the Conference or which do not meet the requirements of scientific evaluation. For your information, the acceptance of the paper for presentation at the conference means that the work will be published only to the extent that it also fulfills the journal's formal and substantive criteria.
Publication opportunities:
Each participant may submit one paper as first author or as co-author. The paper will be written in English. For review purposes the journal may require the Romanian version of the article, so please make it available if asked.
Full papers which have been through the peer review process and are accepted will be published at the latest during 2024 in the Bulletin of the Transilvania University of Brașov. Series VII. Social Sciences and Law edited by the Transilvania University of Brașov.
Please read carefully the Author guidelines.
We recommend preparing your paper directly on the template. Papers submitted in a different format, as well as in the case of non-compliance with the requirements for formal editing of the text, will be returned to the authors for rewriting.

Registration and Submission of Abstracts: 29 September
Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 2 October
Full Paper Submission: 23 October
Notification of Full Papers Acceptance for Presentation at the Conference: 6 November 2023
Final Program Publication on the Web Page: 13 November 2023
Conference: 17 November 2023.
