The School of Law within Transilvania University of Brasov is hosting its 3rd Annual International Conference "Current Issues within EU and EU Member States: Converging and Diverging Legal Trends”. 
On this occasion, we invite you to attend the third edition of the Conference which will take place between  29 - 30 November 2019, starting from 10 a.m., in the "Emil Poenaru" Hall at the Faculty of Law.

Conference paper presentation:
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to refuse to accept the presentation of papers that do not fall within the thematic area of the Conference or which do not meet the requirements of scientific evaluation. For your information, the acceptance of the paper for presentation at the conference means that the work will be published only to the extent that it also fulfills the journal's formal and substantive criteria. For review purposes the journal may require the Romanian version of the article, so please make it available if asked.

Publication opportunities:
Each participant may submit one paper as first author or as co-author. The paper will be written in English. Full papers which have been through peer review process and are accepted will be published later this year by Law Review ( edited by the Union of Jurists of Romania and Universul Juridic Publishing House.
